A sophisticated prenup, tailored to your state.

Get closer to marriage, and a lifelong union, with a prenuptial agreement designed to last.

Tailored to your state's laws and completely free.

Step 1

Select your State

Some states have strong laws enforcing prenuptial agreements, encouraging planning and marriage.

Other states have very weak laws.

While we can't change your state's laws, we can tailor a prenup to them, referencing relevant state-specific statutes and precedents to enhance enforceability.
Step 2

Read the Prenup. Modify with AI.

Our prenups create successful marriages by aligning interests. Knowing what's in it is critical.

Read it. Understand it. Know what you are getting into.

See a section you don't like?

Modify it with AI. Claude is great at drafting legal clauses (though is weak at applying precedent).

Copy and paste the section you'd like to tweak into the prompt and write what you want to change about it. Ask for a couple options. Choose the one you like best, and copy it into the word document below the original.

Bring the prenup, along with the alternate sections, into an attorney's office.

This will save you a lot of attorney (billable) hours.

step 3

Find an Attorney. Review and sign.

You're 70-80% of the way there! And because you have a nearly finalized draft in hand, there's not much left for an attorney to do.

Family law attorney's typically charge $200-400/hour, so every hour you spend on your own preparing, you save that much on legal fees.

But you do need an experienced family law attorney to review it and sign.
And your spouse needs to have one, too.

Get the prenup signed before proposing, so you don't tie up legal matters with wedding planning later (and you know you're both on the same page and can move forward together).

Alternatively, speak with a lawyer at least 4-6 months before the wedding, giving 2-3 weeks for your spouse to review the final prenup and sign it, at least 60 days before the wedding.
step 4

Build a Family, a Legacy, the Country.

Marriage rates were previously much higher, and divorce rates lower.

With a prenuptial agreement, you've chosen the responsible path.

Next, it's time to build together.

Children, traditions, and legacies you can pass down for generations.
