Using our templates without attorney review carries substantial legal and financial risks
4. COMPLETE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERFECTPRENUP.IO, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY FOR:
Any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages
Lost profits, assets, property, or opportunities
Invalid or unenforceable agreements
Any financial losses or legal consequences
Personal injury or emotional distressAny claims by third parties, including your spouse or future spouse
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OUR SERVICES. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
5. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PerfectPrenup.io and all related parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
Your use of our templates or services
Your prenuptial agreement
Any disputes with your spouse or third parties
Your failure to obtain proper legal counsel
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We make NO guarantees regarding:
The validity or enforceability of any agreement
Outcomes in legal proceedings
Tax consequences
Financial results
Acceptance by courts or third parties
7. MANDATORY ARBITRATION
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive all rights to jury trials and class actions. The arbitration shall occur in Wilmington, Delaware.
8. REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances.
9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Hire a licensed attorney to review and modify any template before use
Ensure compliance with your state's laws
Accept full responsibility for your use of our templates
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All templates and content remain our property. Purchase grants only a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the template for your single prenuptial agreement.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, all other provisions remain in full effect, including all liability limitations and disclaimers.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in Delaware.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and PerfectPrenup.io, superseding all prior agreements.
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ALL WARNINGS, DISCLAIMERS, AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS.
FINAL WARNING: OUR PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT TEMPLATES ARE NOT PREPARED BY ATTORNEYS. YOU MUST HAVE ANY TEMPLATE REVIEWED BY A LICENSED ATTORNEY BEFORE SIGNING. WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES OF USING OUR TEMPLATES.
